The originator can create a shipment directly from their desktop through our web based shipping portal. This will give the originator the option to rate shop the package to ensure the lowest possible rate to meet their delivery objective. Once the rate is selected, they can print a shipping label to affix to the package. At this time, a pick up request will be sent to the mailing staff that there is a pending shipment ready to be picked up.
