SaaS stands for Software As A Service. This methodology means that you essentially use the software like a utility. Like gas, electric, and water your software provider builds the infrastructure for delivering the service to you and the charges you monthly for your usage. In the software world the service includes a fully managed and secure data center including network engineers, security personnel, database administrators, application developers, and support staff. The service also includes daily incremental and weekly full backups.

Using a fully managed service like ours means that you don't have to purchase servers, operating systems, and the associated maintenance contracts that goes with these.
